Above all, arriving on time. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and we can start in a relaxed way. If you booked online through our booking portal, you can fill in your registration form in advance. If you booked by phone, please fill it in on site during this time.

If the start is delayed for whatever reason, we may have to cut your appointment short or end it early, as the next appointments follow directly afterwards.

In most cases, yes. I have many years of experience with venous access, starting with up to 200 blood draws and injections a day during my training in the German armed forces. I know plenty of techniques to find even weak or hard-to-see veins, and I also use an infrared vein finder that makes the veins under the skin visible.

NAD+ is a molecule that plays a central role in the energy metabolism of cells; it is often described as the “fuel” of the mitochondria, the power plants of our cells. With the infusion, we supply your body with NAD+. Many of our clients report feeling more energetic and focused afterwards. How it is perceived individually varies from person to person.

When and how clients notice an effect depends on various individual factors, such as metabolism, current nutrient needs and the chosen infusion. Some clients report an immediate improvement in their well-being, others after one to two days. We also often hear about more energy or better recovery within a few hours to days after the infusion. However, we cannot guarantee a particular effect or timing.

After your first infusion you may initially feel tired or deeply relaxed. This may be because your body is adjusting to and processing the nutrients it has been given; especially if your needs are higher or you had a deficiency before, your body may need some time to adjust. This feeling is usually temporary; some clients report a noticeable increase in energy shortly afterwards.

How often depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients choose one infusion a month, for example to complement a balanced lifestyle. In times of higher need, e.g. during cold season or in stressful periods, others choose shorter intervals, such as once a week or every two weeks. We are happy to advise you in a personal conversation to find the rhythm that suits you.

Most clients tolerate our infusions well. Occasionally, mild, temporary sensations may occur, such as a brief feeling of warmth. We only use high-quality preparations and adjust the composition individually to optimise tolerability.

Since the Infusionbar opened in 2019, our clients have so far consistently tolerated our infusions very well. Should a medical problem ever occur, my medical training and regular training in emergency medicine mean I am prepared for it. Your safety is my highest priority, which is why we discuss your health requirements in advance in order to tailor the infusion to you.
